I submitted my pac code to o2 using the form online on thursday around midday and its now monday and my number still has not transferred, is this normal?

If you didnt receive a text message with your transfer date, then the information hasn't submitted.

Best way to do this is to resubmit the form.
This is not customer services and we dont have access to your account
