I have received notification that I ordered order NC16710151. I don't remember ordering anything.What is this order?

On another thread "Overage Allowance Charge", this was posted-
O2 has let us know that these order messages were due to an error and that the notifications have now stopped. They're investigating why it happened but no need to worry.
There seems no way of getting O2 to respond - no answer to DM, no answer to phone calls (after waiting 45 minutes!)
If the response is correct, it typifies O2 - inefficient, uncaring. I'll be off as soon as possible.
