on holiday

I am currently on holiday in Indonesia as o2 must know from my data. Why does O2 persist in sending me txt messages and keep calling me! I have been woken at 3 am by calls from o2. Also I get a msg saying I have a voicemail and yet when I try and access via 901 I am told I must re-set my pin! Another mess up from O2, but what do you expect from part of BT group...load of wasters.

Try speaking to them via live chat online to ask them to stop.

Interesting comments.... I always switch off or go to Airplane mode at night.

If you have the TuGo app (contract only) I would turn voicemail off. Are these marketing calls?

If you're using an iPhone set up do not disturb when your going to bed. You can set it so only your favourites calls and texts come through
