Hi, I have insureance on my iPhone which I pay with my contract each month, and recently dropped my phone and it will no longer charge. How do I go about getting this looked into and replaced under the insurance?

You need to call customer service, quoting the relevant mobile number. They will complete some simple checks and transfer you to the Insurance team to validate your claim.
You may be asked to fill out the claim form:
