ok so my issue is that my phone has been restricted and i have rung and had it derestricted but now within 24hours it happened again.

i have done everything within my limits to get through to o2 during covid 19 issue wich i understand it makes it hard for o2 to respond to everyone.

 

but i have rang from my o2 mobile and it cuts you off after talking about fraud.

i have rung off friends and familys phones and the same issue it hangs up.

i have emailed them ad they are replying with use the live chat - which does not work either as it not available on the website.

 

if anyone can help it would be appriciated as im at my limit and i am wanting leave o2.

even my partner has been able to get through to EE instantly with any issues even during covid19.

i have tried every number including the numbers you have mentioned.

 

every time i call any number it is diverted to payment line even whn i have paid my bill 3 days ago this has happened 7-8 times now where i pay my bill and it gets cut off 2-3 days later.

 

so thank you for the hlp. but i will be leaving o2 as they are useless
