I recently purchased £10 of data (1gb) I had only used less than 100mb of it when my new month started, I have now found out that my data counter has been reset to my 500mb allowance, whats happened to the remainder of the 1gb I paid for ?

Not overly fair is very understated, it borders on criminal theft, I essentially paid £10 and used approx £1 of it, O2 have in essence stolen £9 from me, I will be finding out who the governing body is and putting in a complaint. This just reinforces my feeling to dump O2 come renewel date.

The bolt on should really sit in the background until your data in your tariff package has been used up.

In my view the bolt on, regardless of whether its a data bolt on or text or calls bolt on should be completely independent of your monthly tariff allowance, it should roll over until its been used up, because of this unfair practice by O2 (and yes i know other providers use the same practice) i will never use another bolt on now, money lost for O2 because of poor business practice.
