Hi I ordered an O2 refresh upgrade on 22nd December to get an Iphone 5s. At the time the website said the phone was in stock and be delivered within 1-3 days to collect from my local o2 store. 2 weeks later I still havent received a despatch notification. Because I used refresh i paid £50 because my contract expires in february. I have contacted support all they say is phone is in stock and will be available to collect1-3 days after despatch notification. They also say that my bills will be carrying on as normal until I receive the handset. My main gripe is they keep saying the phone is in stock but the order is never processed.
Also because i paid £50 to upgrade early which pays remaining line rental (-25%) then why should I have to pay my usual bill. By the time I get the phone I could upgrade for free.
Feeling like Im being conned here. Has anyone else had this frustrating issue.
Ready to go out and just get the phone on another network.
When i explained to o2 Customer support how id be paying my line rental twice their answer was. 'Im sorry about that'. Ive already been a customer for 2 years never missed a bill etc. Do O2 actually want to keep their customers?

Hi my order was made online from the o2 website. They said they had it at their warehouse. If i went to the local store would the o2 store be able to help in the way of cancelling the online order? What i mean is do the two work together in that way? Thanks
