Collecting my handset next week from store.
Can anyone give me info on the P&G insurance costs and policies etc... I want to read the small print and make a decision before I go instore.

When you try and buy a payg phone no insurance policy is offered it used to be when adding accessories has o2 stopped Payg insurance ? @Toby

However, O2 insurance is the last one I would choose for my phone if honest. Far better deals out there with less excess... who pay out immediately. The forum has many posts on here complaining about O2 Insure

To the OP who said third party repairer, I dont care, I would go to a Apple store and the outcome of such would be sent to Telefónica Insurance S.A., 60 Bath Road, Slough, Berkshire, SL1 4DX.
Third party repair on a Apple product lol, that cannot be enforced by any telco over using Apple

warranty would be apple but non warranty (insurance claim) has to go the the insurers (I see no comment in this thread regarding apple products until you posted it)
