@cmgs Have you tried turning the phone off and back on again?

If you can't get the sim out to try to clean it, you'll have to take it into an O2 store and ask them to do it. If that doesn't work, they can give you a new sim and swap it with all your details while you wait. Sim swaps can take up to 24 hours, but they're usually much quicker, and you should be up and running again within an hour.

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2

@cmgs Most likely a sim failure and any o2 shop will give you a free replacement to try but also look through the help here https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/How-to-Guides/How-can-I-sort-out-my-network-issues/ba-p/1014088

@cmgs
So your sim works OK in another phone (this will confirm your phone is at fault)?
