new contract Activate Your SIM Card

have a new contract phone  with o2 ,gave details of PUK, old number with tesco as i wanted to keep it, inserted new sim into new phone 3 days ago, all i get is 'sim not provisioned'. setup account with o2 , but wont let me add phone number to account, so cant get any further with that also?

Have you tried getting in touch with customer services @anna5689 ?

You might need to tell o2 the sim has arrived and you want to start using it, hence the "sim not provisioned" error.

To do that, contact them by calling 0344 809 0202 or messaging on social media (links below).
