my o2 contract Bill

Anonymous
Not applicable
Why is it that my bill is always higher than it is meant to be my contract is 24months and my Bill should be £27 a month well I'm not happy that my bill is near enough £36 stop useing the sim for a while due to the 1st bill and I only started useing my sim again about 2wks ago I don't make fone calls that I'm not meant to and I know I'm not texting premier numbers so why am I getting charged for it I'm positive that O2 are just putting these charges on my bill the reason I went for the £27 a month is because I know I can afford that this is terrible that premier numbers r getting put onto my bill when I know I'm not calling or texting them. O2 cannot stop premium rate texts but you can contact PhonePay Plus and they can help you get the money back and investigate the company concerned:

Have you already checked your bill? If not you can login to My O2 and get a full breakdown of charges and see exactly what you're being charged for, assuming that as you said it's all premium number charges it'll show you which numbers and how much each call/text cost.

Usually just replying with 'STOP' is enough to stop unwanted spammy texts, failing that perksie has pointed out the process you'll need to follow.

Sometimes the problem with texting 'stop' is that they then know they have reached a live mobile number !

Sending STOP will always work unless it's a foreign company.
