moving from another network

i have noticed o2 is ofering 100gb for £20, an my question is if i was to transfere from another network to o2 woul i be able to get this offer?

look in to family plan if you do have family members already on o2

the 100gb offer over 18 months is currently £25.00 with the offer due to expire on the 13th may

the 100gb for £20 looks like it has expired , its currently 50gb for £20 on 18 month

I thought that offer had expired in December just after I changed.
