I have 2 contract pay monthly phones. Can i monitor the messages sent from the second phone

That's not good,

you can check the bill in your myo2 but as I said before, if you wish to see the messages you'll need the phone in your hand

You can link the accounts in My O2 under 'bring in other products '

If you mean read the messages then no not unless you actually have the phone in your hand

I have the second phone for my daughter and get concerns over who she is messaging. Shes very quick to delete them.
