hey,

I have recently moved to Gibraltar for a few months and was advised by text by o2 that it would cost 50p to connect and then come out of my UK minutes. This is not the case however and is charging me per minute instead of coming out of my minutes why is this???

Hi Erin,

Not sure if this was solved for you yet, but make sure you force your mobile on Gibtel. Since you're close to the Spanish border and Gibtel doesn't have coverage everywhere, you might switch back and forth if you don't manually select your network.
