How do I get or view incoming calls list?

You can't import anything into your MyO2.
What exactly are you trying to do?

O2 no longer have online storage for contacts and photos but there are many "cloud" options.

Unfortunately you cannot do that now. O2 used to have Bluebook which was an account data storage but this was terminated around 5 years ago. Your contacts should automatically be backed up Google or the Cloud if you have sync enabled.
