How do I get or view incoming calls list?

Open phone app and tap on "recent" or "history"

Depends on the phone you have but it will be under recent calls or a call log

it is deleted in the phone but i can log in to my account. I didnt see which one is outgoing and which one is incoming.

Unfortunately not, only outgoing calls are available.
