Hi I am havin trouble with my iPhone 4s mobile data. I bought some additional data and now all of a sudden my data will not work and I cannot access the internet whilst ut and about. I have tried resetting everything and also I tried to change the apn from idata.o2.co.uk to wap.o2.co.uk, it automatically changes itself back as soon as I type it! This is not the first time I have had problems. O2 just becoming too much of a hassle these days.

Are you contract or P&G? Try changing the APN to mobile.o2.co.uk
