You'll need to speak to O2 Customer Services is 202 for Contract -> 4445 for PAYG -> http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus or live chat.

You need to call Customer Services. 202 for Pay Monthly. 4445 for Pay & Go. We are all customers here.
