l i have now tried 5 times to end a contract on my o2 account ,am i the only one having this trouble .....here the list of excuses
1. last payment not made
2. too busy call back later
3. system down
4. on live chat hold from 9.20
5. no open until 10 am on sunday call back later
anyone got an idea this has been going on for weeks and im totally fed up do they really think i will change my mind with such bad service? help and advice needed please

I have had the same problem O2 everytime i call they just hang up when i am explaining my situation and when i try to cancel my account they say either system is down or payment couldn't process or there is a glitch in the system are you kidding me??? when i called them earlier to make payments towards my contract it was perfect they really need to fix up
