Are you cancelling your contract? If so any money owed will be included in a final invoice

Guide: Cancelling Your Contract 

If you don't cancel, your contract will roll on month by month.

If you upgrade you will get notification of any monies due before you upgrade.

Your final bill will be produced 14 days after your contract ends and will be due for payment 14 days after that.
