extra charges

I have recently travelled to France and Spain and can see I have 18.20 additional charges. I have a 15GB plan. I got texts confirming I could use my UK data. Some sms and mms are listed (around 10), the maximum charge was 65 pence so I do not understand. Please advise.

The MMS messages would be chargable at 65p the same as in the UK
