HI I wanted to change my sim for an e-sim and keep the same number

If you are on the new billing system you can do this in My O2

If not you have two choices

• Order from customer service who will disconnect your current sim and you will have no service until Royal Mail deliver to you
• Call into the nearest O2 store who will change to esim for yyou. Take photo ID (either driving license or passport)
