employee discount

My emplyer offers a discount to their employees for o2. I have been an o2 customer much longer than being with my employer. I have all the details of this discount and wasnt sure weather i could upgrade my phone/contract and apply the discount on line?

I am pretty sure you have to visit an O2 Store to use the "Open" discount code, can't be done online.

hi guys, 

So i have just got this open code from o2 as my employer also offers the 30% off.

Sorry if these are stupid questions, but,

1) is this 30% off EVERY month taken off my line rental?

2)do they only apply this in only o2 stores or are they available in carphone warehouse stores too as I am considering taking an o2 contract form there.

3) Does the choice of handset effect the discount as I am considering the Samsung Galaxy Note 3 or the iPhone 5s....

The iPhone 5S is excluded for now and the discount is monthly and you set this up with a code which you use in an O2 store only.

The O2 Open discount is only available on the Refresh Tariffs which in turn can only be taken out via O2 channel.
