I need a contact Email address it appears i have an overdue account you have locked my line Am working overseas now with no telephone !!!!!
So O2 tell me how a contact you to discuss my account which has been paid by direct debit since I have had a mobile telehone 40 years plus

There's no email address for O2. You need to contact Payment management by borrowing a phone.
You can reach the Payment Management team on 0800 902 0217 or 0800 032 5302
The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm
