Anyone noticed lately, the impossibility of getting through to customer services? Just been in a queue for 45 minutes and then the battery died on my phone! Time to start again

Hi opium, its in regards to an upgrade, and unfortunately its not simple as there are a few issues involved, which i can deal with, but need to speak to someone in CS rather than the shop (i am an ex-O2 employee, and was for a good while). 64 minutes waiting isn't good enough though, and then i only put down, because i realised i would go through to Network services and know full well they cannot help. Customers pay a lot of money each month for a service that they are not getting. Someone must be getting crucified somewhere when the Percentage of Calls Answered figures are looked at from up above Thanks for your reply anyway, appreciated.
