credit score payment

when i set up my first phone in my name to build up my credit score i had to pay £200ish to enable the phone to be in my name. the guru said i would be able to gain this money back in March 2020. i am wondering how i come back having the money back and if i do actually get this back? Thanks

After you have made 3 full payments on time, the deposit will show as a credit on your 4th bill. Then you call customer service to have it returned to the bank account .

Once you have paid your bill in full and ontime for 3 months, you can call customer service to have your deposit credited back to you.

It will be applied to your 4th bill and you can then withdraw it to your bank account if you wish.
