I have received a text to say I am out of my minimum contract term. I followed the instructions to go on line and update my plan, but as soon as i logged in i was told the offer was no longer available.
All I want to do is to update my plan to the same as I now have. i do not want to have to have a new SIM or change my number. As I am now in my 70's I find this difficult to do especially when you log in and you are told that the plan being you are being offered is no longer available. I have to ask, what is the point.
I would be very grateful if you could either allow me to continue with my current plan or update to the nearest plan without having to change anything about my phone.

You will need to speak to o2 as this is a customer to customer forum, but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. if you send them a message on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG), or you can call 202 from your o2 phone
