Solved: checking usage

Hi I recently joined 02 pay as you go from another network and I register online to check my account.. how do I see what numbers I called or texts and how long I was on call and how much it cost.. my ols network has it on my account online but cannot see it on my 02 online account.. can anyone help? ?.. Thank you in advance

O2 do not have that ability on PAYG unless you request it through official channels at a cost of £10 per request.

You only have the calls lists within your phone I'm afraid.

It would be nice to have this facility on payg.

If it's a deal breaker then perhaps consider a sim only 30 day or 12 month contract.

The request you can make is limited and only shows outgoing usage.
