I am trying to change my bank account details for the account my direct debit  comes from, but your website will not accept the changes. It just says "try again later". What do I do? This has been happening for several weeks

@himy - as nobody here can access your account, you need to persist with O2’s customer service team – give them a call on 202  or 0344 809 0202  (or the specific Payment management number - 0800 902 0217 )

@himy Probably best to speak to the Payment Management Team on 0800 902 0217.

The opening times are:

Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm

Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm
