I am trying to change my bank account details for the account my direct debit comes from, but your website will not accept the changes. It just says "try again later". What do I do? This has been happening for several weeks

@himy Probably best to speak to the Payment Management Team on 0800 902 0217.
The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm
