HI there i would like to cancal my new pay monthly account if it posable

If you are outside the 14days then you will need to pay up the cost of your contract.
This is not customer services and we dont have access to your account
I do not work for o2 or any VMo2 /Telefonica/Liberty Global Company

You say new, how long have you had the account as it will make so much difference to the advice we can give.
