You can only cancel by calling customer service on 202 and giving 30 days notice or by requesting and using the PAC code.

You can also cancel in writing by writing to the address in the contact link at the foot of the page.

Don't use live chat as they invariably get things wrong or tell you to call 202.

To add as it's free to unlock a mobile phone on O2 whilst in contract then do that so it can be used on another network or sold as unlocked status increases it's street value.

Also if your moving networks please test out your newly chosen network via Payg sims to ensure they give you good signal etc.
