i placed a ipad order on wednesday which is still being reviewed...i have recieved all legalagreements but no despatch email..also today my new device was added to the my o2 section of my account? but still under review. what does this mean?

signed up two new SIM only monthly contracts and was 20% discount on both contracts but after 6 days got a text message that only one number is accepted. Contract signed on specific assurance of 20% discount on both.

Resolved! Bill not showing as paid

I have paid my bill, its showing as having gone through and been taken from my credit card but is still showing as overdue on my account. Do I need to ring O2 or should I just give it time? I usually recieve a payment email but haven't yet
