Resolved! Unable to access my O2 account to top up my balance

I put in my log in details but the O2 app says it is having trouble accessing my account, and if it doesn’t resolve within 48 hours, to contact them but I really need to top up my balance today

wifi calling slow to activate

First day today on O2 after porting in from EE. I live in an area with barely a signal so wifi calling is a must for me. I've noticed that when I restart my phone it can take a good 10 minutes for the wifi calling icon to show up in the notifications...
