Wrong big bundle on activation

Good afternoon

 

I have activated a SIM card today and had £30 credit put onto it but have been put onto the £20 big bundle deal when I wanted the £30 big bundle with 100gb of data each month if I top up at least £30 each month.

 

Could you please change my plan using the £10 credit left from the £20 to £30 big bundle enabling me to use 100gb.

You'll need to call 4445 to speak to O2 about that.

Meanwhile, change your tariff for next month in your MyO2 http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2
