Tried to cancel my O2 mobile contract on numerous days to be told the standard lie that the systems were down. It seems O2 try to avoid conversations regarding ending contracts and try any underhanded method possible.
Funnily enough when I tried another tact and said I wanted to upgrade, no mention of system problems.
