Won't let me do O2 Refresh?!

Hey guys!

 

I'm trying to upgrade my phone early using Refresh. It says that if I pay 16 pound something I can upgrade early (Im due an upgrade on the 14th). I'm impatient and want to do it now... but everytime I click Refresh it just says that I'm unavailable for an upgrade and to come back on the 14th. I thought the whole point was you could do it at any point?!

 

Any ideas?

to do speed to refresh you unfortunatly cannot do it on the web shop. from the t&C

Hi and Welcome.

I would suggest calling O2 on 202 for Cs or if your passing an O2 shop go in and upgrade (if eligible then you'll walk out with the phone wink )

I have been with Refresh since the back of last year and got nowhere on line or via the phone when I tried.  

I went into an O2 shop and they sorted there quickly there and then with no problems, including a reasonable trade in on the old phone which they credited to the new Refresh account.

Whilst I can understand the Refresh System not suiting everybody it has me and dont regret the change in my account
