I tried calling to check when my contract is over, 202 rings then dies in a second.
I then tried the landline pay number that gets you in a menus system.
I chose the "are you thinking of leaving O2" option and ended in a huge queue.
They must be lining up to leave?
Been with O2 since 2008 it was a good network in those day and 202 worked.
Anyone else able to get through on it?

After all the hassle with the Note 2 kit kat upgrade this is another nail in coffin not to mention that for a relacement at end of contract identical phone and airtime etc from Virgin £16 pcm cheaper retention does not seem to be of interest to 02 any more
