I've logged on to https://mymobile2.o2.co.uk - but I can't find my contract start date.

I can see my renewal date - but that's it.

Where can I find my contract start date?

Depending on the length of your contract the start date will be 12 or 24 months prior to that.

You can also look in your orders, the date of signing may be in that

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

Hi @edent

Go into MyO2  http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2

Scroll down the home page until you see YOUR TARIFF.

Click on that and the top one will be current tariff, amount of months and end date. (This is mine below)

My O2 Tariff contract end 24.jpg

Hope that helps. 👍

Ok, the one I showed was for the new 360 billing system. If that doesn't help then you are probably still on the old legacy system

So:

Go into MyO2  http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2 Click on MORE in the headings across the top and a drop down box will appear. This allow you to see Tariff Details, Update Personal Details, Age Verification, Swap Sim etc

TARIFF DETAILS should give you the info required about the start and end of your contract.

The 360 tariff and the legacy tariff are the only two O2 have operational @edent
