Not sure if anyone can help or advise me please. I have just (yesterday 22nd June) received my PAC as I am leaving O2 and going to another network.
My bill was made up today 23rd June and the line rental goes through until 22nd July as shown on the bill.
My query is - if I used my PAC tomorrow or in a few days, I understand once my number if ported over my O2 account is terminated, and I will be billed for any calls etc that I have used.
But do I need to pay for 30 days cancellation line rental in lieu of this? So I'm best to use my PAC around the 19th/20th June to avoid having to pay for two phones for one month?
My 24 month contract ended on 15th June - so I am just rolling it over and paying the same rental for now, but I was told previously I needed to give 30 days notice to leave.
So now I'm a little confused????
