I have allways had a reasonable reception at my home in Corsham, Wiltshire. But for the past week and a half I have had no signalon my O2 phone for the majority of the time. Missing important calls which might mean I get some work. (Being self employed, I rely on my phone for getting day to day work).
I had an online chat with the O2 rep, who told me I should switch to 2g and everything would be ok.
I found the http://status.o2.co.uk/ website, which says the following;
Sorry we're currently investigating reports that a phone mast in this area isn't working.
This means you might experience problems making calls, using the internet, or sending / receiving emails in this area.
It is very frustrating. Does anyone know how long this is likely to last please?

I see there is some work being done in your area on 3rd December, so that might help.
If a mast is down at your postcode the fault will be repaired as soon as possible but we have no details beyond that:
