Why does my O2 voicemail keep reverting to defaults, answer message and PIN?
I don't use it often but it should be secure and reliable as O2 charge us.
A quick Google suggests this has been a known issue for years, a security issue, which has been ignored.?
PS. why do companies have communities rather than actual customer service staff ..

So they take our money as regular as clockwork, but reset our security on a random basis... i really want an answer from O2 ...

There won't be an option for every question,
You'll need to say lost / stolen or fraud to get connected.
