This is something that has been happening for a good while now and not just to me, happens to other family members who are with o2 as well.
If someone leaves a voicemail for me and I call 901 to retrieve it get told that my pin is set to default and to enter a new pin.....have done this and yet still every time I get a voicemail I get the same message saying my pin is set to default!!!!!
Any ideas what the problem is? As I say it doesn't just happen to me, happened to my dad today and had happened to him just a few weeks ago too.

It sounds like a system problem, have you asked O2 about it?

I noticed it when I used TuGo and put it down to that.

You definitely need to contact customer service as perksie suggests. There must be a system issue.
