I have a couple of voice mails but can't ring it just says call ended straight away ? This also happens when ringing 202 or the 1750 ( or similar number )

Dial ##002# first to cancel all diverts then 1750 to turn VM back on.

Thanks so I did this and it said it was successful but then it still won't let me call 1750 or 901 ?
