Hello, I won a pizza express voucher yesterday but I’ve not received the email with my voucher yet. I’ve checked my junk Mail too. How long can this take please?

Use the search function on this community to find information on this as there is a long thread, the problem seems to be if you are using a Microsoft free email account.

Hi @Dave-O2, sorry! Sure you've had loads of messages so far, but I'm also experiencing the same issue. I won a £20 pizza express voucher yesterday; but nothing has come through via email and I've checked all the relevant folders! Would you be able to help?
