Having taken a contract out with O2 back in June 2013 and having had a full 5 bar signal on 3 iPhones and 1 samsung Galaxy 4s, I was disappointed when some 3 weeks later we lost all coverage in my home area, we waited some 3 months for the repair to be carried out, when the network was allegedly repaired, we only got a 1-2 bar signal strength. This has been going on now for 6 months, despite various investigations by the network team they can't fix it, so I phoned on 29/12/13 to speak to a manager to try to finally resolve this issue only to be told I would be contacted within 48 hours maximum.
Today after 96 hours I got fed up waiting so I telephoned them, got fobbed off so asked to speak to a manager and was told someone would get back to me within 20 min, this actually happened to my shock, then the manager advised me that they had to transfer my call to a different department to sort out my problem of signal issues, great something is being done, I was wrong, after not being able to connect me the O2 rep got someone to call me, again I received the call within the agreed time, having gone through the issues I was told that I was talking to the wrong department. The person would request a callback for me from the original manager (Linda based in Rotherham).
Hello O2 I'm still waiting, so I telephone the retention steam as all I want to do now is move away from O2 due to the poor customer service having been waiting now for 24 mins I am posting this message.
I wonder if anyone will finally help at O2 and sort this out
