You will need an O2 Travel bolt on.

https://www.o2.co.uk/shop/international/using-phone-abroad

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

@Andy37

It depends on your tariff / volt benefits, as some include o2 Travel Inclusive, and some you need to pay £5 a day for usage.

Have a look at the roaming Megaguide here Guide: Roaming MegaGuide

- Xperia 1V - o2 and Spusu
- Pixel 8 Pro - o2 and Vodafone UK

It's actually £6 a day now if you use O2 Travel @Andy37

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

@Andy37 See this guide: https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/Welcome-News/Roaming-on-O2-All-you-need-to-know/td-p/1537350

Also be aware that O2 throttles it's data speeds to 0.5Mbs in the US. If you're going to be there for any length of time it's worth considering getting a local Pay & Go sim from AT&T or T-Mobile if you need faster data speeds.

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2
