Urgently need to reduce payments

I’m paying over £200 a month for four different devices with separate insurance policies. I missed my device payments this month as I’ve been ill and lost my job due to Covid. I’ve had heart surgery recently. I’ve been trying to reach O2 to renegotiate my contracts and see if I get a more affordable deal. I’ve been shifted about and on hold for over 30mins each time. You’ve now cut of my phone. I need someone to contact me urgently to sort this out. I need my phone to stay in contact with healthcare professionals. I thought you might have tried to contact me before you took any action. The call bills have been paid I owe about £50. Can someone contact me please.
