Upgrading

Got a text from o2 regarding the new iPhone. I’m only a year into my contract but want to upgrade now, however I’m nhs so get % off airtime. How do I do this if I upgrade now ? Also how would I find out how much I’d be with my Apple Watch added as I have cellular on that

You need to pay off the current device plan and the NHS Discount is not available i believe on the new iPhone and wont be for a few months until stock stabilises.. 

Your apple watch would be cost of watch per month as a device plan and also £5 - your discount as well.
