Upgrading with O2

Never seen bad customers services team as O2 still waiting for issues to resloved. i would recomend never do upgrade with O2. it was bad choice for me to move to O2 from Orange 24 months ago. Last time i spoke to customer service manager was willing to give £10 credit for all problems ive had this past week i just laughed at her said thank u but no thanks. i will be leaving O2 once i get my money back

We can only speak as we find, some very happy customers and some not so happy. We all have the choice ultimately who we give our money to. If I'm not happy with a company I vote with my feet...
