Recently upgraded my old ipad to get a new one, selected the option to upgrade with o2 saying they would pay off the remaining device plan. I upgraded and then 3 days later a direct debit of £38 came out which is the old device plan. upon recieving my bill it says o2 buyout - £38 which i assume is the device plan being paid off by o2 but that is on the bill 2 days before the other £38 came out! so o2 only paid 1month even though when i upgraded it said they would pay the remaining device plan, which was £76.
